Direct marketing keeps their assets profitable

From 2027 onwards, direct marketing is the only way to keep photovoltaic systems and other residential assets attractive. Unlock direct marketing now to deliver even more value to your customers.

Why is HEMS Optimize so relevant now?

Daily price spreads are getting bigger and bigger. In Germany, grid fees for prosumers are coming in 2029. The best way to deliver real value is to combine dynamic tariff and grid fee optimization.

The HEMS value stack

Where is HEMS Optimize in the value stack?

Dynamic tariff optimization

Enable your customers to save {{kpi:hems-optimize-value}} per year.

HEMS Optimize decides when the car charges, when the heat pump runs, when the battery fills. The logic updates as prices change. Stack it with self-consumption optimization to ensure they lower their bill and increase energy independence at the same time.

02 What is included in HEMS Optimize?
Dynamic grid fee optimization

Save households an additional {{kpi:hems-optimize-gridfee-value}} per year

Dynamic grid fees will soon become highly relevant in multiple markets, giving prosumers the opportunity to further lower their bills. Contribute to grid stability while minimizing a previously untouchable component of their bill. Households in Germany could save up to {{kpi:hems-optimize-gridfee-value}} (§ 14a Module 3) per year.

Ready for 2027

Market-based feed-in doesn’t have to increase costs

From 2027 onwards in Germany, the removal of the fixed feed-in tariff as part of EEG subsidy will reduce solar market value to zero. With direct feed-in you can bring it back up to near-EEG levels and thus deliver the only method of keeping rooftop solar profitable.
